Please be better.
The elevator is broken, the room on the 2nd floor has to go up the stairs to carry a heavy bag, then the sheets look like they haven't been washed and itch. My younger brother has spots like measles.. Even the mattress is like an old mattress because it sinks badly when lying down and it's not comfortable at all. Last one is the iron section at the lobby you need to go ground floor and the iron is not stable. At least the iron at every floor. Tq.
